Refund policy
1. Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that used or opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@getleidskin.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received, we do not guarantee that we will receive your item. Drop offs are also welcome when scheduled.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
5. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

- All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, including any accessories, manuals, and labels.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the return is initiated after the specified time frame.
